A full sketch (9x12in) takes about 10-15 minutes for 2 guests. Each piece is carefully rendered with attention to detail. Full sketches are suitable for luxury retail events, and you may expect up to 5 sketches per hour.

For faster paced corporate events and parties, I recommend a smaller paper (6×9in) which takes about 5-7 minutes for 1 guest. I will simplify the sketches somewhat but will still render their entire outfit from head to toe, hairstyle, shoes, and accessories such as jewelry, handbag etc. You may expect up to 10 sketches per hour.

I will provide:

• Art paper, your logo printed on the art paper, painting materials, protective plastic sleeves, table sign with information and instructions for your guests. An assistant will be provided for busier events
  
  Available for additional cost:

• A custom matching background artwork on the paper

• Art presentation folders instead of plastic protective sleeves to protect the artwork

All I will need from you is a table and 2 chairs

For smaller groups (luxury retail etc), I will take a photo of the guest and work using the photo while they shop. The guest (or store staff) may pick up the sketch afterwards.

For larger groups, I suggest a waitlist system or ask that guests sit opposite me until the sketch is done. They are free to eat and drink, take photos or chat with others in line. I can also bring in additional artists for a higher rate of completion.

Yes! I’m happy to sketch aspirational items such as handbags or jewelry from your brand to serve as a cherished memento of their shopping experience.

I can also theme the artworks eg: everyone holding a wine glass/wedding cake, everyone wearing a special color, etc.

Yes! I can print your logo onto the art paper free of additional cost. I can also add a custom background artwork to commemorate the event venue for an additional cost. Guest names in my signature calligraphy script can also be included.

I will send you a proof of the artwork before printing, including mockups etc. Please inquire for custom printing at least 2 weeks from your event date to allow time for art production, printing and pickup.

You are also welcome to provide your own branded folders or bags to protect the artwork.

Yes! The LAS airport is a hub for many flights across the US. I have traveled to New York, California and everywhere in between for live sketching events and happy to travel to you.

Please contact at least 4 months beforehand for a quote which will include travel time, flight, accommodation and per diem from Las Vegas, Nevada.
